Whip Cream of Grace

We have the privilege of gathering each Lord’s Day to hear words of assurance from our kind and long suffering God. Often, we have misbehaved. We have not heeded His Word immediately. We may have put our heads down and run. But Jesus calls to us and bids us stop running and turn around.

         We are afraid to turn because we know He is angry. But as we turn, so does His countenance. His frown fades. His eyes brighten. His posture welcomes. We are surprised, relieved, and overjoyed.

         There is never more sin than grace. It is as true as the sunrise. Surprising every day. Glorious

More sin equals the amount of grace needed to cover the sin plus a little bit more whip cream of grace on top,
