Prayer of Praise

Our Father in Heaven, we come here to corporate worship by the Spirit to fulfill that which You call us to do. Like Simeon, we take up Jesus and are taken up by Him, blessing You and saying that we, Your servants, are filled with peace according to the promises of Your Word. Our eyes see Your salvation which You have prepared before the face of all peoples, a light to lighten the nations and the glory of Your people Israel. With Mary and Joseph, we marvel at Your work through Your Son, Jesus and Your Holy Spirit. With them we give You glory and praise, now and evermore. Amen.
