Jesus said that whatever you ask, believing, you shall
receive. Do you believe that you are a
sinner and that you commit sins worthy of God’s wrath? Do you believe that
there is no way out of this except through God’s grace and mercy? Do you
believe that God sent His only begotten Son to the Earth to live and die on
your behalf? Do you believe that His blood cleanses you from all sin? Do you
believe that Jesus rose from the dead in victory over sin and death?
Then believe this also, the Father is glad to receive
you in the name of His Son Jesus. He is glad you are forgiven. Glad that you
are here to hear Him, to feed upon His Word and Spirit, to receive the peace
that passes understanding. You have believed Him, now receive His grace,
forgiveness and peace.
