Dear Saints, we have a lot of trouble in this life. It is good to know
that the Lord is on our side, the One who is our ever present help in time of
trouble. Life troubles can come in many forms, health, finances, relationship
problems but no trouble is greater than our sin trouble.
We struggle against sin and fail and need the reminder of God’s grace
and forgiveness. Furthermore, our primary trouble is sin. We are a fallen race.
Though the unbelieving world denies this truth, we who know the truth, are all
too aware of this. But thanks be to God that Jesus Christ meets us in our
greatest trouble, our sin, and He cancels the penalty of sin leveled against
us. We are justified. We are forgiven. We are free. We are delivered from
trouble.
