What is Table Fellowship?

The Table is lost in many homes and many churches. That is unfortunate for it is a most important place and time.

What do we do at table?

We give thanks. We greet one another. We pass the bread and wine. We pass the potatoes, please, and thank you, too. We smile at one another at the bountiful blessings heaped in the midst and seated around the table. We eat, talk with our mouths full, laugh with and at each other. We get things right and we overlook our foibles. We start hungry and we end full. We are satisfied and content. We rest, we work, we clean up. We are a family.
